•    How glass fingernail file is made?

Production of a glass & crystal finger nail files is a combination of modern technologies with traditional Bohemian processing methods. For producing glass fingernail files we use only high quality strained (tempered) Czech glass.

There are several steps in production of glass nail files:

-    Creation of primary glass sheets, with ideally smooth surface
-    Carving glass nail files in traditional forms
-    Creation abrasive surface for nail polishing, with lifelong guarantee
-    Sanding up the ends of  glass nail file by hand, for your safety
-    Quenching of glass with heat treating

In addition

-    Glass nail file paint coating, and additional heat treating for ink fixing
-    Decoration using range of methods, like painting, and enchase with Swarovski crystals

•    Available sizes:

Standard length of crystal & glass nail file is 90mm (small), 135 mm (medium), and 195 mm (large). Standard thickness of small and medium glass nail file is 2mm, and large one is 3 mm or 4 mm thick.

For special orders, crystal fingernail files and glass fingernail files also available in 70mm, 115mm, 140mm, 155mm and 185mm length etc.

•    Special features

Glass nail files for beauty salons – one sided glass nail file, which is safer for masters’ not damaging skin during procedures. For pedicure procedures, we recommend to use large glass nail files and crystal nail files with 3mm thickness.

Glass nail files designed by you – we can bring to life you vision using painting method of decoration, enhance with Swarovski crystals, print, engrave with sandblasting technology.

•    Packages and display stands.

Standard glass nail file packages are plastic PVC sleeve or velvet sleeves in different colors
(burgundy, black, blue, green).

As an addition, you can require PVC blister to easily show on your display desks and bar-code with short description your language.

We offer display desks for glass nail files in 4 different sizes and capacity, on demand we can also offer special label, for improvement of your selling point.
